What to Expect
Our weekly meditation group will provide a safe and welcoming space to take a breath, find stillness and learn about meditation from a whole health (body, mind spirit) perspective. Led by educators who have trained under world renowned mind/body expert Dr. Deepak Chopra, and combining western science and eastern wisdom, we will explore the principals of meditation, how to develop a regular practice and how meditation can be a powerful tool for wellbeing.
